Just like in our restaurants, our Bakers work with beautiful seasonal, local and organic ingredients – our organic flour comes from Giusto’s in South San Francisco and our organic milk comes from Straus Family Creamery in Marin County. Our seasonal fruit comes to us from local farms like Blossom Bluff Orchards in the San Joaquin Valley and Yerena Farms in Watsonville, and when our needs exceed what these farmers can supply, we partner with Greenleaf Produce and Veritable Vegetable, both in San Francisco.
